President Riggs, there was a great spirit that accompanied this video. I instantly felt prompted to call an old mission buddy who has fallen away from the church (and now worships at the altar of his own intellect) and tell him the Lord wants him to come back to the gospel. It was a great conversation and he was touched that I would call and extend an invitation from the Lord. He told me he's happy without religion in his life, but said he found it "interesting" that I would feel prompted to contact him. I pray our conversation will resonate within his mind and that he'll be prompted to at least pray. We miss you, president Riggs. Grayson Riggs Haught is 7 months old and looks ready for a mission.
Great video and I too felt the spirit. My son Jonathan opened his mission call tonight and will be joining your army of missionaries on September 18th, which happens to be me and my wife's anniversary! Couldn't have asked for a better anniversary present! We are so thrilled he was called to the Washington DC South Mission and was quite a shock for us and a special surprise since his sister and brother were both in Washington DC all week and he waited until tonight when they could join him to open it!!
